Seminar's terms & Condition
- All fees are non-refundable but substitution is allowed.
- Should there be a request to change the name printed on the certificate of attendance to that other than that shown on the registration form, RM 100 extra will be charged as an administrative and printing charge.
- Availability of seats is subject to first come, first served basis.
- You have fully understood the DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY stated in our Synergy TAS PLT website at http://www.synergytas.com/disclaimer/
- Kindly contact us if you do not receive the Event Confirmation 5 working days before the event day.
- If you have NOT uploaded the payment record here : To assist us in tracking your payment, please state the company’s & participant’s name & scanned “bank-in slip” or “online banking transfer receipt” , email to event@synergytas.com or billing@synergytas.com
- Personal Data is collected in pursuant to Personal Data Protection Act 2010
- All outstanding payments must be made prior to the event date.
- Final CPD accepted by Professional Bodies vary and subject to each bodies’ discretion.
- Payments must be made prior to the event date to guarantee a seat.
- Kindly contact us if you do not receive a Invoice within 3 working days.
- Re-registration is encouraged upon cancellation of earlier registration, note that the prevailing fees at the time of re-registration will apply.
- If you receive multiple mailings or incorrect details for which we apologise, kindly email to event@synergytas.com to lodge a complain.
- The organiser reserves the right to change event date and venue, with notice being sent vide the email registered above.
- Admittance is denied upon failure to make full payment
- Registration without payment will be hold for three working days, thereafter registration will be cancelled.
- The organiser reserves the rights to refuse service to anyone, at any point of time despite payment has been made.
- Early Bird or Very Early Bird Discount,if any, is only applicable if payment is made within the time specified in Invoice, failure to comply will result in the cancellation of discount and subject to the prevailing price.
